What we collect, why, who helps us run the service, how long we keep it, and how to have it changed or deleted.

In short

  • We collect what the service needs to work, and nothing to sell. We never sell your data.
  • Your answers, your resume and your coach chats go to Google Gemini to score and review them.
  • Interview integrity checks need your agreement first, and no video, audio or photo is recorded.
  • You can delete your account and everything in it from your profile, at any time.

Who we are

Interview integrity checks

Before an employer’s interview starts, we tell you exactly what is checked and ask you to agree. If you don’t agree, the interview doesn’t start. The checks are whether you leave the tab or full screen, try to copy or paste, use shortcuts or developer tools, connect a second screen, and whether a face is in front of the camera.

The face check runs on your device. No video, audio or photo is recorded. Only the hiring team for that job sees what was flagged, never other employers.

How long we keep it

Your rights

  • See the data we hold about you, and get a copy: write to us.
  • Correct it: change your name on your profile, or write to us for anything else.
  • Delete it: delete your account from your profile, or ask us to.
  • Say no to interview integrity checks: the interview won’t start, and the employer can offer you another way.
  • Complain: write to [email protected] first. If you aren’t satisfied, you can go to the Data Protection Board of India.

We reply within 30 days.

Keeping it safe

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Passwords are stored scrambled, never as typed. Documents are only shown to you and to the employers you sent them to, through a link that checks who’s asking.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we’ll say so in the app before the change applies. The date at the top shows the last change.
